Refund Policy
At India Spirit Travels, we are committed to offering our customers the best products and services. However, we understand that there may be instances where a customer is not satisfied with their purchase and may request a refund. This Refund Policy describes the circumstances under which refunds will be granted and the process for requesting one.
Definitions
For the purpose of this Refund Policy, the following definitions apply:
- "India Spirit Travels" refers to the travel booking website and its related services.
- "Customer" refers to the person or entity that has purchased a product or service from us.
- "Product" means any product or service offered by India Spirit Travels, including but not limited to travel booking, holiday packages, adventure outings, and flight bookings.
- "Refund" refers to the process of returning funds to a customer for a purchased product.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
You are entitled to a 100% refund of the amount paid if:
- You cancel your service request before making any payments or completing the booking application.
- You cancel your support service request within 1 hour of making a payment or within 30 minutes if it’s an urgent support application.
- We fail to provide the booking services you requested.
Refunds will be processed within 25 to 90 days (depending on card issuers, payment methods, etc.) due to banking procedures. Your money will be credited to the account used during the order process.
- An administrative fee of up to $20 may be applied for processing the refund.
- Payment gateway fees (including Stripe, PayPal, Visa/Mastercard, etc.) are non-refundable and will be deducted.
Important Notes:
- No refund will be granted once your booking application has been generated or processed. After our service team receives application ID confirmation from the supplier or respective department, cancellations are no longer accepted.
- No refund will be granted if your travel booking has been sent to your provided email address. In case you don’t receive an email, please check your spam folder and contact us right away.
- No refund will be granted if incorrect details in the application were due to a mistake made by you. We strongly recommend double-checking your travel and personal information against your application confirmation before departure.
The refund process may take between 25 to 90 days, or in certain cases up to 180 days, depending on payment gateway or banking procedures. Your money will be credited to the account used for the initial payment. If the refund is made to a credit or debit card, any applicable bank charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
Eligibility for Refunds
India Spirit Travels offers refunds in the following circumstances:
- Technical Issues: If a booking does not function as described and the issue cannot be resolved through technical support.
- Unsatisfactory Product: If the customer is dissatisfied with a booking and the issue cannot be resolved through customer support (refunds at our discretion).
- Cancelled Orders: If an order is cancelled before the booked package is delivered, we will issue a full refund.
- Incorrect Product: If the customer receives the wrong travel package, we will provide a full refund, including any shipping costs incurred.
- Event Cancellation: If an event, such as a webinar or workshop, is cancelled by us, the customer is entitled to receive a full refund.
Refund Process
To initiate a refund, the customer must reach out to us within 30 minutes of the purchase and submit the following details:
- Order Number
- Name and Email Address
- Reason for the Refund Request
Our team will evaluate the refund request and reply within 7 business days. If the refund is approved, we will issue the refund to the original payment method. If the original method is unavailable, the refund will be provided as store credit.
Exclusions
Refunds are not applicable in the following circumstances:
- Non-Refundable Products: Certain products, such as digital downloads, may be non-refundable, as clearly stated on the package booking page and during the purchase process.
- Limited Refund Period: Refund requests must be made within 30 minutes of purchase. Requests submitted after this timeframe will not qualify for a refund.
- No Refunds for Services: Services, such as consulting or custom excursions, are non-refundable.
- No Refunds for Subscriptions: Refunds will not be granted for subscription-based bookings, such as monthly travel packages.
- No Refunds for Free Trials: Bookings received as part of a free trial are not eligible for refunds.
- No Refunds for Promotional Bookings and Packages: Promotional bookings or packages are non-refundable.
